    Each year the Council’s Annual Return is audited by an auditor appointed by Public Sector Audit Appointments Limited.  For the year ending 31st March 2024 an external audit is not required for an authority whose income and expenditure does not exceed £25,000. The authority is required to sign a Certificate of Exemption
