Meetings are held every two months in the Village Hall, Cottage Road, West Somerton, commencing at 19.00 hours. All correspondence is made available for public inspection prior to each meeting, from 18.30 – 18.50 hours. Members of the public and press are welcome to attend. The Agenda for each meeting is displayed on the Village notice board, on Horsey Road (at the junction with Common Road), the week before the date of the meeting.
